Where can I buy a ticket?

You can get your ticket at www.tomaticket.com.

Where is the festival?

The festival will take place at the Recinto Central de la Bajada de La Virgen de Las Nieves, in Santa Cruz de La Palma.

What day is the festival?

The festival will be held on Friday, July 25, and Saturday, July 26, 2025.

What are the festival hours?

The festival will open its doors each day at 7:00 PM and will end around 2:30 AM (hours subject to change).

What types of tickets are available?

We offer the following types of tickets:

  • General Admission: Access to the event in the General Area.
  • PMR Ticket: Access to the event in the General Area.
  • Grandstand Ticket: Access to the General Area and Grandstands. Located behind the General Area.
  • Front Ticket: Access to the Front Area (standing area).
  • VIP Ticket: Access to the VIP Area with open bar and access to the General and Front Areas.
Can everyone access the leisure and dining areas?

Of course, it doesn’t matter which ticket you have. Everyone can access these areas, and if you leave your ticketed area, you can return.

Can I bring food and drinks into the venue?

Yes, but only if you have intolerances or allergies, and you must bring a medical certificate to justify it.

How do I know where to enter?

In the days leading up to the festival, we will publish the event map with its different sections. Additionally, there will be staff at each entrance to guide and assist you at all times.

Is there public transport or festival transport?

We will provide shuttles to facilitate the use of public transport and minimize pollution. You can purchase them on our website.

Can I enter the festival at any time?

Yes, you can enter until the festival ends.

Can I leave and re-enter the venue as many times as I want?

No. Once you enter the venue, if you leave, you will not be able to re-enter.

If I buy a Grandstand ticket, can I sit wherever I want?

Seats are not numbered, so you can sit wherever you like

Can I move between sections in the grandstands?

Yes. You can sit anywhere in the designated grandstand area.

Can I dance in the grandstand area?

Of course! You can do so at your seat and in your area as long as you do not obstruct the view of others in your section.

Can I change my ticket type after purchase?

Yes. You can always upgrade your ticket up until you enter the venue, as long as there is availability in the area. We recommend not leaving it until the last day, as the area may be full when you request the change. You can do this by emailing hola@tomaticket.es or calling 902 750 892.

If I can’t attend, can I give my ticket to someone else?

Yes. Since tickets are not nominative, you can give them to anyone.

Can children enter the venue?

Yes, but bringing very young children is not recommended.

From what age do children pay for tickets?

Children start paying the regular ticket price once they turn 7 years old. All children under 7 can enter for free, always accompanied by a responsible adult.

I am under 16 years old. What do I need to do to attend the festival?

You must enter with a responsible adult and fill out this minor access form and bring it with you. Remember to also bring your ID.

How many minors can one adult be responsible for?

An adult can be responsible for up to five minors. To do so, you must fill out this minor access form and bring it with you. Remember to also bring your ID.

I am over 16 years old. What do I need to do to attend the festival?

You do not need to be accompanied by a responsible adult, but you must fill out this minor access form and bring it with you. Remember to also bring your ID.

Will there be a box office at the festival to buy my ticket?

Yes. There will be a box office at the festival to buy or upgrade your ticket, as long as there is availability.

Until when can I change my ticket type?

You can upgrade your ticket up until you enter the venue. That is, you must do it before your ticket code is scanned; otherwise, the change cannot be made.
